Join our dynamic team! We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Admin Assistant to support our purchasing processes and ensure smooth operations.
Your Role
✅ Process and manage purchase orders & invoices
✅ Maintain supplier contacts and logistics processes
✅ Monitor and optimize stock levels
✅ Assist with planning, forecasting & market research
✅ Analyze purchasing data & generate reports
What You Need
✅ Education in Logistics/Supply Chain or relevant experience
✅ Strong administrative & organizational skills
✅ Knowledge of purchasing & logistics processes
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), SAP & PowerBI
✅ Fluent in Dutch & English (spoken & written)
✅ Team player with the ability to work independently
